Daily Rates :

• Prices for room only, inclusive of 7% VAT and 10% Service Charge. These are cash prices. Credit card payment is subject to 3.0% bank fees.
• Maximum occupancy 2 persons in Superior, Deluxe and Executive rooms and 3 persons in Family rooms.
• Check-in time 14.00 hrs./Check-out time 12.00 hrs.
• 42 rooms are double beds. Twin beds are available only in 4 Family and 4 Deluxe-twin rooms. 
• Airport Transfer service available at THB 300-500 (serviced by Airport Taxi)

Long Stay / Serviced Apartment Rates :

Complementary Trial Night(s) for monthly guests :

- Free if decide to stay after trial night(s). Nights stayed considered as part of the first month stay.

- Special rate @ THB 500 per night if decide not to stay.

- Maximum 2 nights.

Weekly Stay

• Inclusive of electricity and water expenses.
• The longer the stay the cheaper it gets. 

Monthy Stay

• Prices are inclusive of High speed internet, local cable television, 24 small bottles of Singha drinking water per month. 
• Electricity THB 8/unit. Water THB 200 for the first 5 units and THB 40/unit thereafter.
• Security Deposit : Equivalent to one month room rate.
• On check-in date guests will be required to pay two months rent, being one month advance and one month security deposit.
• Big cleaning service fee on check-out date THB 500.

Weekly & Monthly
